Established in 1974, Murray Maintenance Services are licensed Category 1 General Builders Licence No. G9726.

The principals of the company are Alan and David Murray with extensive combined experience in the building industry in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Murray Maintenance Services has diverse capabilities from routine repair and maintenance work to construction works in the order of $2m.

We have the resources including trained personnel, qualified tradesman and a quality system of checks and balances to carry out all works.

Unique Service Aims


24 Hour Emergency Response Call out Service

Murray Maintenance Services offers a 24 Hours, 7 Days per week service.

We guarantee to respond to an emergency phone call within 30 minutes and will attempt under all circumstances to attend to the site within 2 hours and carry out make safe repairs/ temporary security etc

This service operates from our normal office phone number of 8354 0500.

Quotation
  • Digital cameras are carried by our estimators to photograph the scope of works.
Our Unique Customer Service Aims include:
  • Phone contact to arrange inspection with the insured within 24 hours of notification. If phone contact is not made with the insured a letter will be sent through the mail requesting insured to contact our office.
  • Initial site inspection to be within 2 working days, unless agreed with insured
  • Endeavour at all times to provide quote within 2 days of inspection unless advised otherwise.
  • Insured is contacted and kept informed at key stages of the job process
  • Repair work to commence within 7 days of receiving materials. Adequate prior notice to be given to the insured before commencement of repairs
  • All works to be completed are completed in an orderly process sequence.
  • Regular updates on all approved jobs in progress advising Insurance Company of the job status.
  • All communications by personnel and tradespeople with our clients are conducted in a courteous and professional manner.
